What do I need to get started with AirMason?

Effectively nothing but to sign up – however, ideally a copy of your existing employee handbook to upload into our platform. Otherwise, you can get started with one of our premade templates and begin editing right away.

You may undergo a kick off call with our Onboarding team, who will create a custom project plan and timeline for launching your initial documents. In either case, our Integrations team will work with you alongside this to ensure your account is optimized and automated as best possible, saving you manual maintenance work later down the line. If you’d prefer to get ing independently, you’re completely able – just reach out at any point if we can help.

What does onboarding look like?

During the onboarding process, our team will introduce you to the platform, provide training, and manage your AirMason implementation from start to finish. Alongside the Onboarding team, our dedicated Integrations team will work with you (and/or your own technical team, if needed) to ensure your HRIS, SSO, and any other relevant account customizations are made. We’re on-hand throughout to make sure your project runs smoothly, and make AirMason an effective part of your workflows as quickly as possible.

How do I distribute documents on AirMason?

Document distribution is quick and simple on AirMason – once your document is finalized, simply select which employees you want to have access (can be all or a premade group), then publish the first version. Each document has its own individual access settings, so employees receive a personalized library of documents truly relevant to them, vs having to work out which ones apply.

How long does it take to launch on AirMason?

You can launch documents on AirMason as quickly as you can create them – but there are definitely account customizations, integrations, and other onboarding processes we’d like to complete, to make sure you’re set up for success. Still, you can expect to be ready to start distributing documents to employees within as little as a week or two, depending on various factors.

What happens after I launch?

Once you launch your employee handbook and/or other addenda and important HR documents, you can keep track of signatures, analytics, and updates from your centralized AirMason Admin dashboard. You can add new documents anytime – AirMason is built to scale as your team does – and invite other team members to collaborate, with granular permissions for editing, publishing, and access. If you’re utilizing our automated employment law updates feature, you’ll receive notifications via email and the dashboard when updates happen, keeping you compliant without the headache.
